• Rates are per night based on double occupancy in Private Bath room and quad occupancy in Family Suite.
• Lower Family Suite rate is based on two adults and two children under the age of 12; Higher rate is for four adults.
• Single occupancy – deduct $10.00
• Additional adult in room – add $15.00
• Children up to the age of 12 years, sharing a room with their parents, are charged one dollar for each year of their age.
• Two night minimum stays apply during fall foliage, holiday periods and weekends.  Some holiday weekends have three night minimums.
• All rates include a full country breakfast.
• 9% NH Lodging & Meals tax additional.
• 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.  In the event of a cancellation, a refund of the deposit will be made if we receive notice at least 14 days prior to your arrival.  With less than 14 days notice, a refund will be given only if the room is re-rented.  Guests who cancel all or part of their reservation with less than 48 hours notice will be financially responsible for the entire reserved period.  A $10.00 administative charge is deducted from all refunds.
• Check-in is between 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm.  Checkout is by 11:00 am.
