Availability & Reservations

Rates are per night based on double occupancy for a stay of two or more nights.
All rates include a full country breakfast.
9% NH Lodging & Meals tax additional.
50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. In the event of a cancellation, a refund of the deposit will be made if we receive notice at least 14 days prior to your arrival. With less than 14 days notice, a refund will be given only if the room is re-rented. A $10.00 administrative charge is deducted from all refunds.
Two night minimum stays apply during fall foliage, holiday periods and weekends.
Single occupancy - deduct $10.00.
Additional adult in room - add $15.00.
Children up to the age of 12 years sharing a room with parents are charged one dollar for each year of their age.
Family Suite rate based on 2 adults and two children under 12.
Check-in between 3:00 PM & 9:00 PM. Checkout by 11:00 AM.
A non-smoking inn.
