We just returned from another awesome day of cross country skiing at Jackson Ski Touring Center. We skied some of our favorite trails – starting at the Christmas Farm Inn trail to the John, the Wave, the Henry and all around the Eagle Mountain Golf Course. This event will take place on January 27th – 29th, 2012. We recommend that you come and see the entire process of the sculptor taking a very blah cylinder of snow and sculpting it into an amazing piece of art frozen in time. The process takes 2 full days with the finished piece ready for viewing on Sunday at noon.
